Work Experience:

While at Intouch Software, I was a Junior Software Developer as part of a team
that developed and launched Java Servlet server-side applications on Linux/NT
platforms. I have worked extensively with JSPs in a Servlet environment, as
well as with an internal JDBC-wrapper library for database access.
- Interactive Broadcasting Corporation: (03/1998 - 08/1998, 05/1999 - 08/1999)
For the past two summers, I have worked at IBC in various roles. While there, I
have done web design,
CGI development in C/C++, audio/video encoding and manipulation, and server administration.
- Technical Computer Services:
During the beginning of my grade 12 year, an associate and I operated TCS, a computer repair and web
design business.
- Computer Access Center:
During grade 11, I spent weekends at the Computer Access Center, where I repaired a number of old
computers, and learned about the Internet.
Education:
- 2 Years of Undergraduate Degree in Computer Sciences
I have completed 2 years of study at UNBC, working towards an undergraduate degree
in computer sciences. I have decided to put this pursuit on hold to pursue
a professional career in the field of software development.

I was consistently on the Honor Roll and Work Ethic List during my
senior high years.
Honors:
- Information and Technology Week
In 1998 I was chosen as representative for the Williams Lake Rotary Club at the
Information and Technology week in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

I was one of three students selected to assist a grade six class in
assembling computers from donated parts.
Public Speaking:

I have spoken at a public forum at city council regarding proposed
changes to the Young Offenders Act.
- School Board
I attended numerous school board meetings regarding a proposed school
configuration change in Williams Lake.
